I really feel delighted after visiting Professor PC HO and his team in the Prince of Wales Hospital. I was heard about Prof HO in Spain and in different congresses around the world but I could not imagine how impressive he is. Learning hand surgery with Prof HO is just amazing because he is extremely good teacher. Prof HO explains every technique before and during the surgical procedures and he is very worried about our learning. It is really impressive when a famous and very important doctor teachs and advises you about the differents steps and tips in a difficult surgical technique as the wrist artroscopy. Discussion about the cases during the Clinics are also full os details. Furthermore, all his team (Dr Wong, Dr Tse and Dr Michael) are also extremely skilful and friendly. Another relevant point about the Hand Unit in the POW hospital is that you are face to so many differents aspects and pathologies in hand surgery, both tumoral, degenerative, traumatic, infectious and congenital. Furthermore, there are very interesting teaching lessons about cases, research, genera topics, etc every week where tou can take part in. Appart from the professional aspect, all the staff was great with me. Prof HO and other team´s members invited me to their home during the Chinese New Year and their shared their lifes with me. It was an absolutely pleausure for me and I am really glad for that. I really encourage to any doctor looking into hand surgery to have a while for visiting Prof HO and his team.
